Delivery issues
1) During the redelivery process ( of an item that Second Life failed to
deliver), we ask for up to a 24 hour period to correct the situation;
Bahia Tiki is not responsible for a second purchase of the undelivered
item; Please Contact Aral Levitt inworld using a notecard;
Permissions
2) Permissions on items cannot be changed, if you need information
regarding an item's permission, please ask for help before purchase;
Custom Work
3) Unfortunately, BahiaTiki cannot accept custom work, but if you need
references of good trusted builders, contact Aral Levitt ( by notecard)
and you will get some suggestions of builders that can be of assistance;
Refund policy
4) Refund Policy: in cases where the item is faulty, there will be an
immediate replacement with a fixed version;
Refunds are only possible with transfer items ( so that the item can be
returned); Bahia Tiki has a case to case analysis of other situations,
contact Aral Levitt via notecard;
